HI I'm Michael ive been coaching and instructing for about 7 years now, about 5 in the the pool and 2 years out in the ocean as well as some surf coaching too. I'm located in Oceanside and mobile. If anyone would like some one-on-one tips or help feel free to message me. We can work on drills, speed, pacing, rhythm, and overall strength in the water. Sure the pool is easy to be smooth and glide through your strokes but in open water forget about. When the water changes your strategy has to as well.

I have fear of water and don`t know how rid of it. I like swimming in pool, but in deep water feel anxious. How to overcome it? Could your help? Thanks in advance
