Job Title: Athlete Services, Customer Relations Assistant
Reports To: Director of Athlete Services
Location: Carmichael Training Systems Corporate Headquarters, Colorado Springs, CO
Status: Part Time


Overview of Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Athlete Services Customer Relations Assistant is sales/customer service for CTS coaching, camps and products. This team member will provide athletes with sales and/or customer service support as it relates to new and current athletes for coaching, camps, services and products provided by CTS and its partners. They will receive and maintain e-mail/phone communication with athletes throughout the sales cycle. Duties will include, providing information to athletes on camps and new coaching services as well as creation and maintenance of customer accounts. This position will include inside sales via phone and email of all Carmichael Training Systems products and services for our four locations (Colorado Springs, CO, Brevard, NC, Tucson, AZ and Santa Ynez, CA


This individual will be expected to add value to our customer service through quick and effective response times and continuing to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements:
⦁ Knowledge of endurance sports, ie. cycling, running, in order understand the CTS product and communicate its benefits to new customers via both phone and email
⦁ Understanding of billing, invoicing and recurring billing procedures.
⦁ Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills.
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, excellent command of the computer and willingness to learn new programs. QuickBooks, Insightly and/or Volusion knowledge is a plus.
⦁ Must be quick-thinking, decisive, and have ability to both work independently and be a resourceful team player.
⦁ Must possess strong work ethic, excellent time management skills and communication skills.
⦁ Personal interest in endurance sports is helpful but not required
⦁ Availability of 4 hours per day in the Colorado Springs office. 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm would be ideal.
