Non-UCI legal tri bike list
I have searched several times over the past couple months and can not find a list of modern non-uci compliant tri bikes.
The ones I know of are:
Ceepo
Felt IA
Ventum
Dimond
Omni
Diamond Back
I really like the looks of most of them and could care less about UCI compliance and actually prefer the designs of the bikes above. I will never be in a race where it will be a factor.
Are there any others to add to the list?
If you only ever plan on racing IM or Challenge races are there any bikes that are illegal?

Cervelo P5-6 is UCI-Illegal. So is the Trek Speed Concept.

Trek makes a UCI legal fork and base bar though.

That is correct as the seat stays are not UCI-legal.

Literally anything with a protruding nose-cone. Scott Plasma Premium, Specialized Shiv, Trek SC, Cervelo P5-6 included. And those were four of the most racked bikes at Kona.
Frame design is starting to become the newest indicator of UCI non-compliance. Tri-rig, Falco, Dimond, Ventum and other beam bikes (think that's all of them) represent the newest wave in standard designs that are illegal. At least Scott, Specialized, Trek and Cervelo make USI-legal versions of the above referenced bikes. The latter 4 are tri-only.

Thank you fellas,
that is exactly what I was looking for.
It was enjoyable for me to learn about the brands I had never even heard of(almost every one on titanflexers list:).

Another to your list, Reap bikes (http://reapbikes.com). They're close to market, but no idea of the price.

Cycpro/Pearson, assuming they're still going.

And for concept bikes:

Simple: Ask, "is it a fast bike?" If so, then it is probably not UCI legal. The one exception is the P5, which uses a very clever design to argue that the corners are gussets and therefore meet UCI rules.
