I am looking for a neutral everyday shoe to log miles in that has good forefoot cushioning. In an ideal world it would not have a huge heel and be accommodating to orthotics. If you run in something that fits this bill, please let me know. Thanks.

Saucony Kinvara has a ton of forefoot cushioning.

Its not a neutral shoe by the letter, but I would try the KSwiss Kwicky Blade light. It has a little support, but its not noticeable. Ton of forefront cushining
