Running braless. Who else does it?
ha! of course I don't!
but I notice that the threads about bra sizes, waxing, what do you wear under a skirt....they get a LOT of views! methinks a lot of men lurking over here. Perhaps bored or hoping for pics? cracks me up.
Wonder how many views this 'topic' will get?

Hi guys!

We had record thread views with the breast implants thread. I called out the lurkers on another thread and some of them came clean. Very funny.

I ran in a bra today that felt like I was running braless. Ouch!

Apparently I'm shrinking up top. That's not what I had in mind when I cut out the booze & ice cream.....

Well, now this thread is starting to look more promising for us lurkers. Braless running and liquor . . .

Perfectly fair, actually - evolutionary! Tummy fact protects vital organs. Breasts are less necessary from a survival perspective.

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine

I know at least one male (the BF) who would disagree with that statement... ;-)

Nothing worse than running with less than adequate support. I prefer to size down one for my sports bras (Sugoi "s" these days) as I can live with the uniboob as a tradeoff for the better support.

hahahahha I'm a female and I clicked on it to see if any women actually do. I am on the small side for sure (althoug there are a select few who are more flat than I am) but i think running without a sports bra would be horribly uncomfortable.

I'm going to come clean. Twice this week I've run without a bra under my shirt.

Why? Because I finally found running tanks with built in bras that actually hold the girls comfortably in place!! I'm a B without much oomph anymore so the girls need all the help they can get.

and

I've never found a bra top that I can wear without a bra. I'm ordering a couple more.

I only ever wear a bra to run in when it is too hot to wear a shirt and then I go for the most minimal bikini thing I can find.

I don't know how most girls seem to handle being squashed like that. I just hate any kind of restriction when I am breathing hard.

i'm sure there a large number of DD-endowed ladies who would like to kill you right now ;)

having lost most of my boobs, it's not such a big deal anymore...but when i was still a 36-DD, it was either strap'em down or get both a black eye and a screamingly sore chest at the same time! nothing like trying to run and breathe when it feels like your girls are trying to rip themselves off you..

however, except for one that i bought before i started building my lats up, i don't find my sports bras restrictive to my breathing...and the nike revolution bra cups don't cause uniboob!

cheers!

Great thread, lol. I do run in shelf bra tops. OBVIOUSLY not well endowed. I used to hate it (like, in high school when boys were boys and cared), now am rather grateful!
