Any advantage of one over the other?

Clips ons typically cost a lot less. It used to be they were more configurable, but the new integrated ones ($$$$) are even more configurable than the clipons. With unlimited budget, I'd def get an integrated one where the cables are all invisible from the wind, but I'm very happy with my MUCH less costing clipon setup as I'm not remotely fast enough to contend for Kona!

If you are going to be doing group rides with that bike, you can remove the clip ons and keep everyone happy. The integrated aero bar does not allow this. With the cost, you also have to remember you need to buy new brake levers and new shifters. Those alone cost as much as a good set of clip on aero bars.
