A Nifty Transition Pump: Fumpa

It's pricey at $179 but man does this seem ideal for transition. It has a built-in battery that's charged via a USB port. To my eye it looks like it would work for a disc wheel without modification too.

The pump head looks kinda tall; might not fit the hole in your disc (depending on model).
