Fugly, same sort of front of bike sampsonite that Giant uses? And the draft box looks like an afterthought. Why bother curving the bottom of it when it sits like a foot above the wheel...

"It is not a fairing! It is storage."

Probably.

If the industry keeps doing this we'll probably get new rules regarding what's allowed and what isn't.

I wonder if that is a Deng Fu or some other open-mold frame with some generic draft box / storage add ons. That would explain the cobbled together look of the storage.

Pardus is a factory brand. They are the factory themselves.

I have known of their factory for a while now and Pardus was just focused on China but now they seem to be trying to break into the USA market

I have seen the drawings on this bike. It is a well thought out bike.

Looks better on a smaller size?

In that configuration, it looks to be quite thorough in it's box ticking, at least for my list of aero musts.

Much better. Seat stays and downtube close to parallel. What size is that?

Looks better in that size. The fork angle looked off in the first photo. But why is this bike fitted out to carry 15 gallons of fluid??
