Get the black one.

I had the Canyon Speedmax CF (not the newer SLX) and now have the E119. Fits are different in my opinion. Although you can adjust them both to meet most fits, the Canyon felt lower and longer. I don't know the actual weights of both but the Speedmax felt lighter. Personally I LOVE the E119. It fits me better, which it probably the main reason I like it more, but in my opinion it's a sturdier, better built bike for my setup. It's easier to work on as well.

The P3 from what I know is an all round great bike, but you'll get a lot more integration from the Canyon or Argon. Personally I would base it on fit, knowing that they are different.
