I am having a problem with the new spill proof aero30 bottle and have tried multiple avenues to contact Torhans with little success. Has anyone had success working with Torhans Customer Service?

They have been totally awesome with me! Super response and excellent support. I know Hans posts on here, so perhaps a PM? Otherwise I have e-mailed and they have been beyond expectations!

Their website says they're closed June 25th until July 4th but I first reached out June 17th so i'm not sure if that's the explanation.

I hadn't heard that they were closed, but yes, I was quite pleased with a couple of instances where they helped me a ton! Maybe try a PM to Hans?

This is my exact issue. The rubber splash guard on the spill proof bottle tore and now the lid doesn't seal. I either need a replacement splash guard or a new bottle and I'm getting no response.
