Pad x/y Bike Fit help
I am having some low back problems. I was told 3 years ago at my Retul bike fit my bike was too long. We have done a lot of adjustments since but I think this maybe contributing to my back pain. I have shop measured for a few bikes and told I am a Small instead of a medium. I am 5'7".

I get the how to do the x/y measurements. But if you measure a bike that does not fit real well to get your x/y does that not defeat the purpose? I can find my Retul report for measurements but would that not be the same case? What's the best way to look a new bike options focusing on fit. Thanks for the help!

I think you probably would be best served starting fresh. Go have a new fit done, then take those coordinates and go from there. Find a reputable FITTER, don't just buy a fit system... all of them are just tools, pretty worthless if the wizard behind the curtain doesn't know what he's doing.
