Question about strength training using Be Iron Fit

I just started week 11 of the Be Iron Fit program and noticed the strength training moves from the base phase set of exercises to the build phase set of exercises. My question is, do you completely switch up the routine and only work on build phase exercises now, or do I continue with the base and also add in the build? Thanks in advance! #IMWI
