Calf compression sleeves that keep you cool?

or at least don't contribute to heating up much - might anyone recommend such a thing for toasty summer IM marathon slogs? Tried a couple (Skins and something called Bracoo), and these are way too warm for 70+ weather:(

I'm not aware of anything that exists.
The need for compression requires materials that are not good for thermoregulation.
At the moment a "have you cake and eat it too" situation.

You may wanna try these http://www.drcoolrecovery.com/...e-wraps-and-support/, I never used them, but heard pretty good reviews from other athletes using during and for recovery.
The towel also looks promising.

I just got the 2XU elite sleeves (Thomas Gerlach mentioned them in his Wind Tunnel Blog Toast).

I received them a week ago in the mail, and thought I'd check to see how they felt (I've never worn calf sleeves on the bike or the run). I wore them for 90 minutes on the bike and 45 on the treadmill. With a fan going, I noticed a bit of a cooling sensation, especially once they're a bit moist.

I've never worn them outside or in the heat, so I'm not terribly informative.
