Yes...

... unless you forget to take it off and you overheat on the bike.

...unless it's a race in France and you get DQ'd because of the variation in their rules vs. most all of the rest of the world and the difference isn't clearly communicated. Ahhh, the French.

Agree re the fit and something sounds a little off. I don't even notice I'm wearing the Roka viper in the water. Sleeveless so no issues with shoulders

The decision to wear a speedsuit would likely delight others in your age group, as you show as DQ'd on the results sheet.

Speedsuits are ITU illegal (has nothing to do with draft legal or not) for non-wetsuit swims... Barring some sort of freak weather event, one could say with a high degree of certainty Cozumel will be wetsuit illegal... For the Grand Finale (sprint or Oly), in a non-wetsuit swim, you have to wear the same uniform start to finish, and it must comply with ITU uniform guidelines...

You can wear one iirc, however it has to be under your ITU sanctioned and approved race suit and you can't take it off for the whole race.

Rule not specific to drafting... Speed suits not allowed in ITU short course events where the water is too warm for wetsuits... read the ITU rules not USAT
