Cool, thank you. I like the ghost, but my injury began when i switched to the ghost.
Not that the ghost caused it, but I think it was a cumulative injury because I run mostly trail and all of my trail shoes are neutral (most trail shoes are neutral). So rather than balancing my shoe type, I made a change that didn't work.
The thing that I cannot explain/understand is that despite using superfeet and arch supports and also stability shoes, that I cannot rid myself of the injury (although it has gotten better).
