I just started up with this and in the first 5 sessions I've already had tremendous breakthroughs. I finally figured out what was holding me back and now I've just got to continue to work to ingrain the newly found technique through repetition.

I'd love to hear others results as well. Perhaps somebody further along with the tool.

"Train so you have no regrets @ the finish line"

I have used it for a bit. I attended a swim smooth clinic this past summer which has been helpful and I followed some of the workouts for my HIM training. I like a lot of the drills and have found them helpful. I'm a slow swimmer so I'm still working on things. I like how they mix some drill work often in the warmups then have the mainset typically focused on endurance. I find their workouts interesting. Interesting enough to make my time in the pool more enjoyable. Right now, I'm following my coaches workouts so not using the swim smooth but she provides a nice mix of drills and endurance work.
