Sorry, on my phone in airport so maybe I didn't pick the best post to reply to and I can't cut and paste your comments . Your incorrect position on disc rotor edges is pretty clear from the remainder of your posts in the thread.

Again, you need to be more specific. I didn't see anything in that link you posted that applies...

What's the latest with disc brakes in the pro peloton?

I know the UCI were planning on introducing regulations for the minimum radius on a disc to address the risk of lacerations, but Sam Bewley of Orica Bike Exchange posted this on Twitter this morning, purportedly a burn from landing on a hot rotor in a pile-up. Seem like there's still some work to do to convince people that they're safe, are we likely to see their reintroduction in 2017?

I found this amusing, to see that the Slice, which was not a particularly aero release, now has a disc.
I guess the aero penalty wasn't significant. sure. but what's the handling benefit on the kona course?
i don't recall braking being an issue. yaw, sure.

Because in 10 years, almost all new road bikes are going to be disc. They're making the frame future-compatible, just like everybody else.
