I want to ask someone some questions about an online service idea I had (no, it's nothing like that).

I've read enough to know that I need someone who's worked on video or streaming based websites and understands concepts like HTTP vs RTSP vs RTP protocols, the need for streaming servers (or lack thereof) and the ability to navigate DRM issues.

My threshold question though may be answerable without getting into any of those weeds.
