Challenge Gran Canaria coverage?

Looks like a great race coming up in Gran Canaria, with AB on the start line.
Does anyone know if it will be broadcast live anywhere?

Tom,

The only male pros that I recognize on the start list are Alistair and Stephen Bayliss with Daniela Ryf, Natascha Badmann, Lucy Charles and Emma Pallant on the female pro side. Perhaps there are a few others but it appears it's by and large an age group race. I expect Alistair to TT off the front right from the gun so perhaps not that exciting to watch.

St George should prove to be much more exciting.

Great job at ignoring the OP question.
He didn't ask which race you find more exciting. He wants to know about a live broadcast of Challenge Gran Canaria.
Also, given the time difference between the Canary islands and St George, one could watch both races.

And to answer the OP, I'm pretty sure there is no live broadcast.

Sorry for not being clear. It's incredibly unlikely that Grande Canaria will be broadcast due to its very limited field. St. George which takes place in early May not this weekend will also feature Alistair Brownlee but in a much more competitive field.

Is that better?

Mark Buckingham has been talking about doing the race for the past few weeks but I can't see him on the start list. Pretty sure he is meant to be doing it though. Fast guy.

That would be good, maybe not the most exciting race but I'd like to see ABs debut.

It should serve as a really nice trial run for his pacing and nutrition. He'll face enough competition at St. George 70.3 on May 6th to make things very interesting. If he easily "dusts" the St. George crowd I'll be very impressed.

Yep,
I'm predicting he will lead from gun to tape.

Looks like they're streaming the finish live on Facebook but that's about it.
