Good morning!

So I have 2 bikes I’d like to install shorter crank arms on, and not sure what all I need, or whwre to look.

1st- 2010 S-Works Transition with 170mm arms on a S-Works crank.

2nd- 2012 S-Works Roubaix SL-2 with 172.5mm arms on a Dura Ace crank.

I would like to run 165mm on both bikes, as I’m a pretty short dude. Research I’ve done also backs my reasoning for the switch as well.

I took pics of under the BB on both frames. White frame is Transition, Black frame is the Roubaix.

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated! Once I remove what is on both bikes, they will go up for sale at a good price.
