For Rotor Cranks you need a 8mm nut (??? thinking about it and it should be) on the drive side, a Shimano nut for the cassette lock ring, a 24mm open end wrench for the Shimano nut and a 35 - 40Nm/ torque wrench to tighten it proper later. A car mechanic ore port should have the needed open end & torque wrench. First remove with the 8mm nut the bolt on the drive side, remove with the Shimano nut the inside screw nut, put the bolt in again to the plot, turn around the screw nut and screw it over the bolt, unscrew the bolt and it will push out the crank pushing the screw nut outwards. It's a "self releasing system". Use a rubber mallet to push out the non drive side.
To fix the BB use some lubricant (if some is around without grease like crystal grease) check the matter ore problem at the cup and press it in again if possible. For example 2 sheets of wood and a clamping screw ore what ever applies forces under control. LocTite is only needed if the BB shell is loose and caused the problem (hell, than it's really loose). Before you remove the BB make sure you have a replacement, it may get damaged.
Tighten the 8mm nut with at least 35Nm! but not more than 40Nm after the shimano screw nut is turned around inside the drive side crank again and screwed to the stop. Adjust the play with the distance screw on the non drive side, it's locked with a .. 2 ore 2.5mm alan key. For some installations thin distance rings are needed on the bb axle to make the play fitting, normally they come with ore are parts of the BB. (sorry, english is not my mother language)
