The S-Works Turbo tubular (24mm) is good, and works well with wider rims.
I'm sure the aerodynamics of the Veloflex Carbon (23mm) aren't anywhere near as good as the Turbo, but they're a great tire and I run those on my climbing wheels (Corima MCC Aero+ - wide rim, but not quite as wide at the 404).
Either of those would probably be a better choice than the Tufo. For TTing on the HEDs I'd probably go for the Turbo.
ETA: Conti make decent tubulars for training, if you're into training on tubs, but I wouldn't race on them. Clinchers are a different story.
