I had no luck so I ended up taking it to the LBS (which I almost NEVER do). They're very good, very professional. They tried using more than 1mm in spacers, and said they were unable to get the crank to tighten properly without overloading the BB30 bearing.

Looks like I'm pretty screwed.

Your speed matters a lot, sometimes you need to be very fast, where sometimes you need to breakdown your speed.
