What about if you don't have time for those - what if you have time to quickly get in a strength session using your own body weight in front of the TV whilst cooking dinner? But don't have time to pack a bag and head out to the pool?

Mate have you been peeping in my living room windows.I do exactly that for 20/30 mins pretty much every day at dinner time.It is when I catch up on news and current affairs on the tv.
