the good news is as long as you've washed your arms etc it won't spread. Scratching it won't make is spread. It's the oil on the plant that causes the reaction. And if you wash it off it won't spread. So scratch away and pee without worry

And wash everything you wore. even the shoes if you can. The oils stays around a while.

next time it happens it might be worse. It's one of those things where the reaction can increase w/ every exposure.
