Just got the 800. Lots of great cyber monday deals, so makes it a little less expensive. I upgraded from a 305, and so far really like it. I didn't get the bundle, since I already had the HR and cadence sensors. Asked for the maps for Christmas. The screen is a little harder to read then the 305 (slightly), but the touch screen works great with or without gloves. It also records my power data, so one computer does it all. Up to 10 fields and multiple screens make it easy to customize however you want.

I'll keep the 305 on my TT bike since I don't race with the PowerTap, but don't see any problem using the 800 for a road race.
