BambooKing, just called the rotor. Sorry I didn't get what Shim is at first. I thought it meant Shimano (!) so illiterate of me. Rotor staff said they have shim for $15, and it will lift the FD by 2mm.

Tried them, didn't help
Haven't thought about it
