I like Batman, too, and I go all the way back to the 60s campy television show with Adam West and Burt Ward, but enough already with the Christopher Nolan trilogy, for the love of God. ;-)

I don't know about you, but I don't tend to look at movies (I didn't say "cinema," or "film") as anything other than their worth as an entertaining diversion, not as some sort of social commentary (except for the blatantly obvious, like anything by Michael Moore, for instance), including those made by Christopher Nolan, an auteur (apparently) of the best sort.

I'm just saying one Dark Knight thread is cool, and I followed it. Even another one was alright. But a third one and beyond...that just constitutes fanboydom of the worst order.
