Awesome, I love me some "B", "C" or "D" movie SyFy. Last week we had Mega Piranha and who can forget the classic with both Debbie Gibson and Tiffany - Mega Python VS Gatoroid.

It's going to be classic. It's already set to record.

On that note, did you see Mist this past Sunday? That movie was seriously disturbing. Not just the typical gatorhypooctoshark.

The Mist was a theatrical release though. I still haven't seen it, but Stephen King even said he wished he had written the ending when he wrote that story that they came up with in the movie.

The ending left me sitting there with my mouth open. Never in a million years what I would have expected from a syfy movie. The religious content kinda freaked me out too. The whole movie left me saying WTF did I just watch!

If its on again, I suggest you watch it.

Back to Big Foot eats Alice Cooper and gets diarhea. :-)

Wow Partridge Family and Brady Bunch. Also Howard Hesseman, aka Dr. Johnny Fever.

SyFy the channel or Sci Fi the genre? It wasn't a SyFy made for TV movie, it was a big budget theatrical release based on a Stephen King story, that SyFy showed after it hit DVD. Because you are right, a SyFy made movie would never go that far. But it wasn't a SyFy movie.

The only real question will be, which will be funnier, this Bigfoot movie or a typical episode of Finding Bigfoot. One is intentionally so, the other not so much....

Looks good, but SyFy is so heavy with commercials that it's nearly unwatchable. Not that I hate capitalism.

DVR it and start watching 30 minutes after the start of the show. Or 45 min.

It starts back up in a couple of weeks and they are going international. Now the whole world gets to experience Moneymaker in all of his glory.

In honor of the SyFy Bigfoot movie I am going outside right now and giving my best bigfoot call.

BTW Southpark took a shot at them in their Easter "Jewpacabra" episode.

It was filmed in the town where I lived for the last 13 years :)

Yup, almost all of it in my (former) little town. It made no sense because 80% was filmed in Carnation, WA and it took place at Mt Rushmore. We can't figure that one out. Apparently the local pub had a viewing.

I use that river as an ice bath when I go running out there in the summer.

Geez, didn't you pay attention? The town in the movie was "Deadwood, SD". (Sort of like filming NCIS in LA but pretending you're in Virginia.)

(I thought the fact that they had all of those trees in a place that was supposed to be South Dakota was a little unrealistic. Otherwise, everything was completely believable.)

Some say "I can". Others say "I can't". Both manage to be correct.

The rich green ferns didn't help either. And the shots of the snow covered moutains.

I don't know where they filmed the scenes that made the town look decent sized but that is NOT the size of Carnation. Tiny tiny town.

The whole thing was funny to watch.

It's not the size of your Bigfoot but how sweaty you make her Yeti that matters.....
