What sort of triathlon gear are you looking for?

Tri shorts, tops and one piece race suits can be had by a number of great companies though I have a personal bias towards Kiwami. And for good reason. They're suits, tops and bottoms are top notch. Definitely give them a look.

I love Kswiss running shoes and hear good things about Zoot.

I haven't tried Kiwami tri clothes yet but did try their swimming jammys and been very impressed. Definitely will give their tri clothes a try.

I have a question about your kit and kit in general: why single suit vs. shorts and tri-top, and why the bib/jersey combo. I understand the obvious that one piece [would] be more hydrodynamic, perhaps, but is there some other reason?

Your kit looks very nice, and I have never seen it around. I have used Pearl exclusively since I started because I know my sizes, and it is pretty simple for me to order online. Also..... I am not sure I am fast enough to rock a single-piece suit???

two-pieces kit or trisuit? there's no right/wrong answer, I beleive. it's all personal preferences. it seems logical to think for longer races, a two-pieces may be more adapted as it may make pit stops a tad easier.
but you'll find some very experienced long distance triathletes absolutely impartial towards the one-piece trisuit. each with his/her very own valid reasons.
one "extreme" case is Jordan Rapp who not only will race IMs in a trisuit but with a back zipper too.

so bottom line, you may try both routes and decide which one is yours.

as far as trying our gear on, since we have no retailer presence, we're always happy to send samples; please do not hesitate to ask.
