I don't mind the tits, but the lips look really dumb.

Breast implants, overall, have been a net benefit to the womens who get them and society as a whole. Studies have been done that prove this. It's less about what others think and more about what the womens think of themselves.
This is why (in L.A.) the second most popular plastic surgery is "vaginal rejuvenation". It's not like the womens are walking around with their coochies hanging out (unfortunately).
