looks pretty good compared to a lot on here. you could probably tighten up your kick (feet too wide), and there is more pull to be had. high elbow catch. you're probably at a point where lots of speed work will help.

I really don't understand how you're going so slow. Are you doing that on purpose? You definitely need to get your elbow higher in your pull, work on a 6 beat kick and not cross your hand over the center line when it's hitting the water. But mostly I see you struggling to keep your body up.

Good stuff so far. your reaching alittle to much with your arms. at 90% they should already be in the water so you can start putting in more water instead of laying your arms at 100% out flat. Your kick is not bad and just work on breathing and speed and you will be fine.

your head looks a little high in the water too, especially when you look up to breathe. Try to keep one eye under water at all times and just get your mouth just above the surface...you don't even have to have your entire mouth above the water to breathe.
Take a look at this article too...I think it will help a lot:

Couple things:
As others have said, reaching a bit too far, and slapping the water at entry. Left wrist looks a bit cocked on a couple entries.
Your kick splays a bit and has a drag phase where it isn't doing much.
On your breathing, you look like you are looking back a bit, and it's tweaking your shoulder alignment, so you wander side to side a bit.
Overall, pretty decent though.

There is something kind of slow and awkward about your arm recovery. About 95% of swimmers will end up looking more front quadrant than you are because the recovery arm moves through air more quickly than the pulling arm goes through water.
You also look like you're entering the water elbows first in a few spots and slapping the water with your forearms in general. Think about angling the had and forearm more so you're slicing into the water at a shallow angle rather than slapping it.
What happens to your body position when you don't kick and don't have a pull buoy? I suspect you're relying a bit much on your kick to try to keep your hips up.

Will this be a game changer for Specialized, in both sales and product design, or will it not move the sales and design needle versus those in Specialized's competitive set?
