Always bashing the rich for using legal tax loopholes found in our overl complicated tax laws, yet, this ass clown goes and does the same damn thing.

er... he gave money to his children.

and a huge amount to some really terrific charities. Including all the after-tax profits from his book sales.

Is there some quote from him recently against this specific tax deduction?

the right had to work hard to find something to whine about in Obama's 1040. Is this all you got?

good thing Romney pulled his money back from his overseas bank accounts. That's a whole different level of tax avoidance.

Because a legal tax maneuver (loophole) that can only be taking advantage of by the 1% is the very thing he has been railing against.

UTMA/UGMA is used by a hell of a lot of people outside the 1%, especially in states like Texas that have no tax breaks for 529 plans. I know quite a few people that use UGMA to establish a college fund trust that all family members can contribute to.

Not complaining about either of those. I merely agree that legal tax maneuver's are used as part of his arsenal for class warfare and tax maneuver's such as this are labelled as "loopholes" because not that many people can take advantage of them.
