I typically eat the same thing every day, but lately I've been running low on my energy so I added a second breakfast.
Breakfast #1 (at 7:00-7:30 after first workout of the day):
Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats
1 cup Light Soy Milk
Breakfast sandwich consisting of:
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of turkey bacon
sliced tomato, onion, avocado
Breakfast #2 (at 9:30 at work):
Breakfast burrito consisting of:
Rice and beans
That usually gets me to lunch around 12:30 or so.
