Proving yet again that all you need in order to be a highly paid Obama speechwriter is to have done 10 minutes of actual work way back in 2009 and then be proficient in the use of a copy machine thereafter.

But it seems likely he doesn't remember having said all this before, because he's just reading aloud and never really internalized the meaning the first time.

One just took place recently, in 2012. The other was a 2011 speech. Amazing how similar they are, eh? And you're right about the bed wetters and the MORs. Just more fuel for the fire, is all. ;-)

Did the teleprompter in both speeches have a stutter-cue on the word "disability"? He stumbles on that word both times.

Yeah, lots of folks have been noticing that he trips over many of the same words in both speeches and that he has difficulty in reading the TOTUS with any degree of smoothness. Hopefully, this'll help disabuse folks of the notion that the guy's some kind of great orator on the order of Cicero or something.
