If the father-in-law is paying for it and he goes to church, yes.

Or if you are young and are trying to not piss off your parents since your mom about had a conniption when you told her about it the first time.

Just wondering if anyone else had something as unique or off color as ours.

We danced to Rainbow Connection by Kermit the Frog.

My nephew and his wife danced the same song (in 2006, he was 26).

My wife and I danced to Caravan of Love by The Housemartins.

Unchained Melody by The Righteous Brothers

It was very romantic. The entire wedding party then did a choreographed dance to Zorba the Greek. That was fun.

Nice. I love that song.

On another note, my wife and I went to a wedding several years ago that was the result of compromise between the Christian bride and the atheist husband: the ceremony was held in her childhood church by some random guy with an ability to perform marriages, but God was not mentioned once throughout the entire service. Strange.

Look at you girl. Chris Ledoux

Just look at you, girl
Standin' here beside me
Starlight on your hair
Lookin' like a dream I dreamed somewhere
And look at me, girl
You got me actin' just like a lover
In an old time picture show
And how I got the part -- I just don't know
But it's written all across your face
Plain as it can be
You're the one that I was lookin' for
Now you're all that I can see

CHORUS:

You mean everything to me
And I'd do anything to have you stay forever
I'm an ordinary man
But I feel like I could do anything in the world
When I look at you, girl

Verse:

Just look at you, girl
Walkin' here beside me
Misty morning light
I see my own reflection in your eyes
And just smile at me, girl
With eyes that tell a story
That words can never say tellin' me your love is gonna stay
And we're standin' right together now
In everything we do
And if my world should come apart
I'll still be lovin' you

-----------------------------------------------------------
Pain or damage don't end the world, or despair, or beatings. The world ends when you're dead, until then you're due for more punishment. Stand it like a man. And give some back.

My wife and I eloped. We have been talking about having a hell of a party for our 20th anniversary.

"Your the Best Thing" by Paul Weller and The Style Council; a live rendition by an awesome cover band, lead vocals by a very talented young woman.

My choice since my wife is a Dead Head and the rest of the play list was all Sugar Magnolia la la la crap.

Our band's cover (and a very good one at that) of Neil Young's "Harvest Moon."

Kind of a no brainer since we were married in September with a lake front reception and a full moon.

'real love' by the beatles.

we entered to an instrumental version of 'hey jude.'
we walked up the aisle to 'all you need is love.'
we signed the register to 'tax man.'

My wife and I consider ourselves "agnostic" (whatever that means). Her uncle, who is an Anglican minister married us. We asked him for spiritual references but not to use the word "God". But he snuck in a few references. Raised my eyebrows at the time but I can laugh at it now.

The mister just really doesn't enjoy dancing, so we skipped the dance & dance music thing and just had a harpist play during the reception.

Will this be a game changer for Specialized, in both sales and product design, or will it not move the sales and design needle versus those in Specialized's competitive set?
