PM sent. Yes, standard stock spindle length (53mm, as listed on Speedplay's website). Everything is brand new, still in the package. Cleats and all hardware included.

Yes. Adapter plates, shims, and screws are all part of the standard hardware and are included. Feel free to PM any other questions.
