I tried it on a frontal video and I can see the difference.
Is this something people normally do on every training ride in aero position ?
are there any exercises that make this easier to hold ? what pain will a newbie turtle develop ?
Is there any trick in pad/aerobar placement that make this easier ?

I've started doing a little active release on my neck prior to training rides, which seems to help. Also suggest practicing turtling on the trainer where you don't have to worry about crashing. It's a great recovery day exercise where you can get even more aggressive than outdoors.

Will this be a game changer for Specialized, in both sales and product design, or will it not move the sales and design needle versus those in Specialized's competitive set?
