Sorry, I haven't been on ST much lately due to work being crazy. I'm unfortunately heading out of town this weekend so I'll be in Eastern WA. PM me with the plans for tomorrow night but I'm going to be at an all day conference so not sure I'll be able to make it.

Back late late last night.

1,701 miles driven.

Dinner with JenHS. FINALLY we meet in person!

220.7 miles ridden on the bike.

15.5 hours of training.

Lots of hills ridden.

2 track/velodrome sessions.

Discussion of 2012 plans and goals.

Spending time with the Coach....priceless.

I'll be back for sure.
