There seems to be a good number of really great looking Transitions on the site; everyone post yours here and enjoy the kinship! ;-)

Shots of your bike in action, garage door shots, outfitted for training or race ready, who cares.

You've done fantastic things with the living room. My SL2 keeps the Shiv from getting lonely for the time being, until an SL3 joins the family. Every other ride with one of my teammates ends up with us pondering when Santa will show up with new bikes (we're sort of in the same family - you're sponsored by Specialized and I'm riding for Team Specialized next year).

And if you're saying what I think you're saying, believe the hype.

Why are you using the back bolt on the seatpost?

Most of the bikes posted here are using the offset seatpost... with the seat all the way forward.

I wonder why there arent more 0 offset seatposts?

I'm running my seat where it is as a function of correct fit for me; I'm not flexible enough to ride as steep as some of the others.

As to why many are running the standard offset post with the seat all the way forward as opposed to the zero offset, I would guess it's because only the S-Works comes with the zero offset post. All other models must buy it seperately and it's not cheap. If you can get to where you need to be on the standard offset post, the zero setback becomes an expensive cosmetic upgrade.

I wasnt suggesting changing your seatpost angle. It just looked to me from the picture that you could use the front offset position and have a better hold on the seat rails. I always worry about having the bolts hold the rails at the very back (though that may be OK as well.)

With regards to the flexibility/steep issue I am the wrong person to make commentary on that.... though there is at least one person posting here who might. However, as I understand from the FIST discussions there is flexibility issue with regards to how steep/not steep you can ride.... the only flexibility issue comes into how much drop you can have.... though once again I am the wrong person to make commentary on that.

I'd like a standard seatpost if someone has an extra.

i have to say, without the offset seat post, the transition isnt pretty......... but with it, it does look a lot more like a mean machine...

The New Specialized Wind Tunnel
Will this be a game changer for Specialized, in both sales and product design, or will it not move the sales and design needle versus those in Specialized's competitive set?
Yes, Game Changer
