What's your favorite way to dispense your salt tabs/endurolytes/thermolytes, etc. on the bike and run? Salt Stick is an obvious one. What are some of your favs?

Hey Darb! Hope training is going well. In response to your question.............
On the bike:
If you are using INIFINT on the bike (as I believe you had said) then you should already have proper amounts of sodium in there so no need to worry about it. I'll always keep a small bag of Endurolytes in my special needs bike bag in case I lost a bottle on the road or something.
On the run:
I've had success carrying one of those small M&M containers (which you can get at most 7-11's or gas station's) where I'd keep Endurolytes. Start the run with one and keep a spare in special needs. I'm not a big sweater though and have more concerns with getting enough calories on the run which is why I'll carry a flask of Carbo Pro 1200 (idea I got from Pro Scott Curry) and then supplement with gels on the course. Here's an example of a guy doing the exact same thing:

Yeah, I'm lovin the infinit, but turns out I'm a sweater and need to take in more than the Infinit. If I cranked the electrolytes up it'd kill the osmality. Plus I want the safety net of not having all my eggs in one bottle..

I got tired of losing the caps on the film containers I was using so I switched to the fuel belt pill dispenser. I have also used the coin purses, but those can be hard to get a tablet out of while on the bike (and they don't hold as many as the fuel belt container).
The fuel belt dispenser has a flip top which works well -- you simply pop the top and pour into your mouth. It also fits in a jersey pocket or shorts, but it is a little bit pricey (I think you get 2 of them for $4.95)

2 per hour depending on body weight. Super-Clydesdales may need two and a half. Also handy is the new and improved Bento Box:

For the run I use an Eclipse mint tin. Perfect size and the top just flips open but is attached, so no chance of losing it. On the bike I just dump a bunch of pills into my mini-bento box. Then just scoop one or two out and swallow. I don't wanna deal with fancy dispensers on the bike.

The little salt packs you can find at fast food restaurants, 7-11, etc. Just rip it open, dump the content in the mouth and take on some water. Set! Works like a charm and no need for any tablets or dispenser.

Tic-Tac container here too. Sometimes while on the bike, you've kind of got to shake the container around to get the pill to line up and come out right. But it works pretty well and you can do it one handed.
