OK, I went 7, 4, 6, 2, 2 so far and tomorrow's run should put me at 22 runs/176 miles total.

Gimme the gold!!!
29 for 31...I couldn't muster the four runs over the last two days to qualify for Iridium
January totals...
19 hours of running
118 miles....
Thanks for doing this, Parkito...
Taking off from any February challenges...Going to be hectic on the homefront and I don't want to get sick.

Well, that's January over. Where did the first month go?
Totals 27/31 days
375km
27:34 hours
average pace 4'25"/km
Felling good today - in fact already getting ready for my run tomorrow!
Thanks for kicking my arse out the door all those days.

Well, made it 31 for 31!
Mon: 46min
Tues: 30min
Wed: 40min
Monthly totals: 1520mins of running which is just over 25hours of running, 49mins per day.
So the question is do I go for 50? 50 days would put me the day before my b-day, so I could have a day off on my b-day, seems appropriate.
Thanks to Dev for setting this up, thanks to Parkito for being Mr Excel.

Just back from 1h30 run at 'lunch time'. 31/31! I did actually 34 runs each more than 20' as I have run each Wednesday twice a day (I have one planned for tonight). Great feeling. Roughly 260km in about 23h. I could have done it all in one single day and take 30 days off ;-)

I have one run left to officially hit platinum. I'll head out for 40-45 min at lunch time. This morning I did a 60min trainer ride+60min XC skate ski. It will be a solid mid week training day (exceeding my daily 120 min target volume...).
Then tomorrow the 28 runs in Feb Challenge starts!

Set the rules today Dev. Is it:
28 runs
at least one double run per week with minimum 4 hours between runs
minimum 30' per run

Feb Challenge rules will be:
28 runs platinum, 24 gold, 20 silver, 16 bronze
You get credit for double/triple/quad runs in a day but they must be 4 hours apart...for example, a good way to get doubles might be to "run commute" part way to work and part way back.
You get no credit for intensity
You get no credit for running longer than 30 min
minimum 30' per run
Because you can double up, you can actually take rest days and hit platinum!
I'll start a new thread...I'm aiming for gold in Feb but will try to run one a day till Feb 10 so I can hit 50/50...after that a few longer runs and more days off. Maybe a few doubles

Dev, can I piggy back on your Feb challenge and offer a prize for the most consistent stretcher? Each stretch session must accompany a run and be at least 15 minutes long. Prize will be a nice bottle of wine.
Hopefully this will encourage folks to give those hamstrings and hips the love they deserve.

Dammit...work's got me shut-out on my planned lunchtime run. So it looks like 26/31 for me.
153 miles over 20+ hours. Thanks for the motivation fella's.
I'm going challenge-free in February. My bike misses me.
Enjoy!!

Well, I limped into the finish of this maddness and ran every day this week and finished with 28 / 31 days. I'm gold baby. I even managed to skirt a cold that was hitting me a couple of days ago.
Thanks for setting this up and tracking it. Now... do I go for gold in Feb?????????

OK, 50 min run at lunch...it was great talking about being on Platinum pace, but to claim that it is done feels even better....31 runs in 31 days and 40 in 40 going back to Dec....10 more days to go to join the 50/50 club currently with one lone occupant (Parkito)!
Thanks everyone for the motivation.
Total mileage for the month was 295K (damn...I could not find an extra 5 K somewhere????)...no I'm not heading out for another 5K!

Thankfully I already did a 60 min ride+60 min XC ski early morning, I am sufficiently fried that I have no desire to train. Plus I already used my two windows of opportunity today. The rest of the day is work, meetings and family time (with the obligatory ST posts interleaved...)
