Something Smells--Test Results Available for Stage 13 but not Stage 11?

It strikes me as odd that Stage 13 results have already been leaked, those attributed to Vinokourov, but Stage 11 results have not not. What is up with L'Equipe and these drug testing centers? Something just doesn't seem right, irrespective of whether riders are doping. One thing that you can be certain of, the rider that failed the test from Stage 11 will turn out to be not nearly as high profile as Vinokourov.In addition to cleaning up the sport from doping, they need to clean up the mechanism and procedures in place to test doping.
