Soma 70.3	Can't Post

Can any of you give me some feedback on this race? I am going to be in AZ a week before this race and I am wondering if I should extend my vacation and do the race.

Is it a well run race?
Is the bike course fast and fun?

it is a super fast bike course. It is a well run event. Folks seem to have a great time.

I did the quarterman there last year and I'm signed up again this year for the half (half only now). It was a very well run race. The swim is calm. The bike course is flat for the most part. The course is changing this year (not too drastically I'm sure) and they have yet to post the route, but last year it had a lot of turns (5 u-turns and something like 14 turns per lap over 3 laps). The bike course was also pretty congested last year, however with it being a HIM-only event, that may be less of an issue this year. Run course is flat on packed dirt and sidewalk around tempe town lake.
