Hi Everyone
Our yoga practice is going strong. We are currently practicing yoga on Monday evenings at 6:15pm to 7:30pm at the Huber garage. Everyone is welcome. Kathy Yale is our yoga instructor and will accommodate all levels. The cost 60$ for 6 sessions or 12$ per session when purchased individually. It really feels good and after a long weekend of training this is great to help stretch your muscles and strengthen your core. If you have any questions please e mail me. Friends are welcome!
