live marathon coverage for westcoast? online?

anyone in the western states got this live online? where?

If you can figure out how to get the Canadian coverage to play, go to the CBC website -
http://www.cbc.ca/olympics/ondemand/
I'm going to a going away party for a friend with a bunch of non-runners shortly after the race starts, hopefully they don't mind me dodging away to watch the run!

I'm not seeing anything available on the NBC online site as far as live coverage, and the NBC broadcast looks like it is full of other events in addition to the marathon.
I'm guessing they'll show a little bit of the marathon and then cut away frequently. I was really hoping to watch the whole run onlive live.
The reality sucks.

the womens race came on live online but I think it popped up late. I saw it from about the 5k on, right when deena kastor dropped. not sure what is happening now?? the NBC site shows the race as "in progress" damn!!

The women's marathon was covered live (or near live) on NBC last week. It was almost 100% coverage with little cut away other than commercials. I was quite surprised to see this on prime time. Maybe there is hope for the men's coverage as well.

is it that East coast is in prime time now and west coast not so east coast is getting this now on NBC? my guess. still, the womens was online for all to see. what gives NBC...

Oh, nice! Thank you! The quality isn't the best, but there's audio commentary, which is nice.
I've always wondered what the rationale was for delaying the broadcast for three hours for the west coast. Why make it difficult for your target audience to watch your broadcast and see your sponsors? They just end up driving viewers away or to other places, like, well, the Bahamas. :)
