Good video, but a few things:
Not sure about flos, but AL/carbon clincher zipps have a a barely noticeable dip in the center, so the bead is not really much looser there.
Then, if one uses veloplugs, those are about 1 mm thick each over each spoke hole so that pretty much eliminates the barely noticeable dip in the rim center. So a tire is essentially equally tight on the center as on the bead seats.
I still like the kool stop tool, but it still takes some skill to get a new conti SS on a zipp without pinching a latex tube.
