I want to warn Slowtwitchers about my experience with PlayTri.com. Apparently its a tri store in Texas with a website.
I ordered a DeSoto tri bib from them on Aug 9. Used PayPal to pay, and received a confirmation
On August 17, I sent PlayTri a note - when may I expect my purchase?
On August 18, having heard nothing, I informed them I'd escalate to Paypal if I did not hear a response.
On August 19, I finally recieved a note from Ahmed Zaher about 3 days saying - sorry, we don't have that item. Would you like something else? I responded that same day saying - no I want my money back.
On August 20, I filed a claim with Paypal.
On August 21, Ahmed responded, saying he had refunded the money via Paypal.
Its August 29. They have my money, and nothing has changed.
These guys are either totally incompetent, or fraudsters - STAY AWAY
