Sorry, I am kind of new to all of this. Before I used the Garmin 310xt and the usb stick worked to transfer everything to Trainer Road.

I switched to the Suunto Ambit2S, and I can't get the Stages to pair with it. Any suggestions on this?

Then, how will I connect Trainer Road with the Suunto since it doesn't use a USB stick?
