No, Magura rim brakes are only designed to function with carbon braking surfaces.

Of course. They are just calipers. Can put whatever pads you want in em.

Is that people with more dollars than cents?

Should we revisit your claims do doing IM events on 4-6 hrs a week training. Is that still what you advocate?

Ummm...EVERY TT bike has "disc brakes" #arimisadisc

If you're talking about an extra add-on braking surface, then I'm afraid that bolded statement above is an oxymoron.
